How to raise you vibration?

What improves your mood? What lifts you up when you’re in a bad mood? How do you help yourself when a negative emotion seems too strong and sucks you in? Whatever the emotion is, it must first be accepted, only then can change be possible. There is a way out for bad moods and negative thoughts. And it’s a higher vibration.

HIGHER VIBRATION? What is it?

We vibrate higher vibration when we think beautiful thoughts, full of love, joy, peace and positive feelings. There are two fundamental emotions and vibrations – fear and love. Stop for a moment and think about how you feel now.

I am convinced that you experience one of these two emotions – love or fear (there is also neutrality, which is the absence of vibration or emotion).

If you find that you are acting out of a negative vibration, let me comfort you. Most people do that. We were not taught in school about the importance of emotions and thoughts, so many people are subject to negative patterns. But there is always a solution and a cure for everything. And this is a higher vibration – love.

How to maintain high vibration?

There are many techniques and ways to lift your mood, to rise up on emotional scale (from despair to gratitude, from resentment to forgiveness, or from anger to acceptance). Use the techinque that helps you.

Gratitude is the queen of positive emotions

Gratitude is one of the most beautiful emotions in the world. Literally. Being grateful makes you feel better and you can always find a reason to be thankful for. Ask yourself what are you grateful for today? It helps me to keep a diary in which I write about what I am grateful for. There are always people on the list, health, life and the little things that made my day.

Choose gratitude today, instead of criticizing and finding fault.

Meditation

If I could, I would express the importance of meditation. It is a practical technique, a totally new world for anyone who dives into it. I meditate without external stimulations and music, as I meditate on the inner light and sound. Ever since I started meditating, my life took an 180 degree turn. After a good meditation (when the mind calms down and my thoughts become clear), I feel full of peace and feel love for myself and the whole creation. Meditation calms, improves quality of life and concentration, and reduces the power of negative reactions to events.

Choose calm thoughts instead of negative thoughts that make you stressful.

Visualization and creative writing

When you’re in a bad mood try to replace the thought with a better one. Try to change perception. Find something good in an “negative” situation. Turn on the music and visualize what you want to become, what you would like to experience and how you would feel if you experienced it. Write down your dreams on a piece of paper and make a plan for how to achieve them. No pressure. Feel what makes you really happy in your heart and dream. Dream of wonderful things and then realize what you can do today. Create your future, instead of getting angry and grumbling about what you don’t have or haven’t achieved yet.

Think of joyful thoughts that make you feel good and not “bad” thoughts that drain your energy.

Learn to love yourself

Ugh, that’s a long way to go, but it’s “worth it,” you know. What do you like most about yourself? What is that trait that is most important to you? Look for your positive sides and work on your weakenesses. When you forgive yourself and love yourself, your vibration rises and you become kinder person and you allow yourself to be authentic. You also accept others more easily.

Choose forgiveness instead of resentment. Choose acceptance instead of judgment.

Delaj to, kar ti dviguje vibracijo.

Kaj ti izboljša razpoloženje? Kaj je tisto, kar te dvigne, ko si slabe volje? Morda se znajdeš v slepi ulici in obstaneš v določeni emociji. Kako si pomagati, ko se zdi negativno čustvo premočno in te posrka vase? Karšnokoli je čustvo, ga je prvo potrebno sprejeti, šele nato so mogoče spremembe. Naj te potolažim, da za slabo voljo in negativne misli obstaja izhod. In to je višja vibracija.

VIŠJA VIBRACIJA? Kaj je to?

Višjo vibracijo spodbudimo, ko mislimo lepe misli, polne ljubezni, radosti, miru in pozitivnih občutkov. Obstajata dve temeljni čustvi in vibraciji – strah in ljubezen. Ustavi se za trenutek in pomisli kaj čutiš sedaj. Prepričana sem, da lahko to čustvo uvrstiš v enega izmed teh dveh čustev-ljubezen ali strah (obstaja še nevtralnost, ki pa je odsotnost vibracije oz. čustva).

Če si ugotovil/a da deluješ iz negativne vibracije, naj te potolažim. Večina ljudi to počne. V šoli nas niso učili o pomembnosti čustev in misli, zato je veliko ljudi podvrženo negativnim vzorcem. Toda vedno obstaja rešitev in zdravilo za vse. In to je višja vibracija – čustvo ljubezni.

Kako obdržati visoko vibracijo?

Obstajajo številne tehnike in načini za dvig razpoloženja, za dvig na čustveni lestvici (od obupa do hvaležnosti, od zamere do odpuščanja ali od jeze do sprejemanja). Uporabi tisto, ki pomaga tebi.

Hvaležnost je kraljica pozitivnih čustev

Hvaležnost je eno izmed najlepših dejanj na svetu. Dobesedno. Po njej se počutiš bolje in vedno najdeš razlog za to, da izraziš hvaležnost. Vprašaj se za kaj si danes hvaležen/a? Meni pomaga, da vodim dnevnik v katerega pišem razloge za katere sem hvaležna. Na seznamu so vedno ljudje, zdravje, življenje in drobne stvari, ki so mi polepšale dan.

Izberi že danes hvaležnost, namesto kritiziranja in iskanja napak.

Meditacija

Če bi lahko, bi izrazila pomembnost meditacije. Je praktična tehnika, nov svet za vsakogar, ki se vanj potopi. Meditiram brez zunanjih dražljajev in glasbe, saj meditiram na notranjo svetlobo in zvok. Odkar sem začela z meditacijo se mi je življenje obrnilo za 180 stopinj. Po dobri meditaciji (ko se um umiri in mi misli ne uhajajo), se počutim polno miru in ljubezni do sebe in celotnega stvarstva. Meditacija pomirja, izboljša kvaliteto življenja in koncentracijo ter ublaži naše negativne reakcije na dogodke.

Izberi mirne misli, namesto miselnih škratov, ki ti delajo stres.

Vizualizacija in kreativno pisanje

Ko si slabe volje ne rabiš prepustiti negativnim mislim, da te odnesejo. Poskusi misel zamenjati za boljšo. Poskusi zamenjati percepcijo. Poišči nekaj dobrega v še tako “negativni” situaciji. Vklopi si glasbo in vizualiziraj to, kar želiš postati, kar bi rad doživel/a in kako bi se počutila, če bi to doživel/a. Zapiši si svoje sanje na list in si pripravi načrt za to, kako bi jih dosegel/a. Brez pritiska. Začuti kaj te v srcu res veseli in sanjaj. Sanjaj o čudovitih stvareh in nato zrealiziraj, kar lahko že danes. Kreiraj svojo prihodnost, namesto, da se jeziš in tarnaš zaradi tega, česar nimaš ali še nisi dosegel/a.

Misli radostne misli, ki te napolnijo in ne slabih misli, ki ti odžirajo energijo.

Nauči se imeti rad

Uf, to pa je dolga pot, ampak se pa “splača”, a veš. Kaj imaš pri sebi rad/a? Kaj ti je pri tebi najbolj všeč? Kaj je tista lastnost, ki je zate najpomembnejša? Išči svoje pozitivne plati in delaj na šibkejših. Ko sebi odpustiš in se imaš rad/a, se ti dvigne vibracija in postaneš bolj srčna oseba, ki dovoli biti avtentična sebi in drugim.

Izberi odpuščanje, namesto zamere. Izberi sprejemanje, namesto obsojanja.
