Tudi, če se ne odločimo za postenje, pa toplo priporočam, da zmanjšate vnos praznih ogljikovih hidratov, sladkorja, ocvrte in konzervirane hrane, ki slabijo zdravje vašega telesa in polnijo telo s škodljivimi snovmi. Sveže stisnjeni sokovi in smutiji so odlični za začetek dneva, saj tako zagotovimo telesu, da prvo kaj zaužije so vitamini in minerali, ki jih telo hitro absorbira. Tudi kava telo zakisuje, zato se vsaj v času razstrupljanja, ne priporoča. Sem poskusila tudi na svoji koži, en teden blažjega glavobola, potem pa se je organizem navadil biti brez kofeina.

Za krepitev imunskega sistema, pa moramo v vsakdan vključiti tudi gibanje na svežem zraku. Že 30 minut intenzivne vadbe na dan pripomore k bolj kvalitetnemu življenju in zdravju.
