Po prebolelem korona virusu se nekaterim zgodi, da začnejo dnevno izgubljati večje število las; med česanjem ali šamponiranjem.  Težava se začne včasih kazati tudi nekaj tednov po tem, ko smo korono že preboleli. V eni izmed raziskav je kar 24 % udeležencev raziskave, ki so preboleli koronavirus, imelo težave z izpadanjem las. Izpadanje las je pogosta tegoba po okrevanju, saj se lahko pojavi nekaj mesecev po visoki vročini oz. preboleli bolezni, to vrsto izpadanja las v medicini imenujejo telogen effluvium.

Na večje izpadanje las vplivajo številni dejavniki, kot so:

·        Pomanjkanje koristnih mineralov in vitaminov v telesu.

·        Mentalni in čustveni stres.

·        Dolgotrajna bolezen.

·        Hormonsko neravnovesje.

·        Nekatera zdravila, kot so zdravila za redčenje krvi, vitamin A, če ga jemljemo v preveliki količini, antidepresivi in zdravila, ki se uporabljajo pri kemoterapiji za zdravljenje bolnikov z rakom.

OLJE ČRNE KUMINE

Olje črne kumine lahko spodbudi rast las ter izboljša njihovo gostoto. Z redno masažo las z oljem črne kumine si lahko pomagamo do gostejših las, kot je pokazala raziskava, ki so jo opravili na 20-ih pacientih. Ugotovili so tudi, da črna kumina deluje protivnetno ter zmanjšuje simptome trihodinije (bolečine ali pekočega občutka na lasišču).

AMLINO OLJE

Amlino olje naj bi pomagalo pri izpadanju las ter jačanju lasne korenine. Po indijski metodi, se posušeni plodovi amle skuhajo v kokosovem olju in nato zmeljejo, da nastane amlino olje. Tako pripravijo balzam, ki naj bi preprečeval plešavost in sivenje las. 

HIBISKUS

Hibiskus pomaga preprečevati izpadanje las ter sivenje. Raziskava je pokazala, da so za krepitev las najbolj učinkoviti listi hibiskusa napram cvetovom. Pri negi las in lasišča ga uporabljamo kot oblogo ali barvilo.

KOPRIVA

Vsem zelo poznana rastlina, katero so za zdravljenje lasišča uporabljale že naše babice. Izvleček te rastline naj bi pomagal pri prekomernem izpadanju las in proti prhljaju. Posebej priljubljen je tudi v šamponih in ostalih pripravkih proti mastnim lasem. 

KOKOSOVO OLJE

Dosedanje raziskave so pokazale, da  kokosovo olje zmanjša izgubo beljakovin tako v poškodovanih kot nepoškodovanih laseh. Njegov učinek je, da odebeli strukturo las. Kokos lahko uporabimo kot sestavino v maski za lase, katero nanesemo in čez noč pustimo na laseh. 

Gingko biloba

Ginkgo biloba deuje protivnetno in pospeši mikrocirkulacijo, ki naj bi bila glavno gonilo pri spodbujanju rasti las. Ginkgo ima protivnetne, antioksidativne in antibakterijske učinke, ki lahko prav tako igrajo pomembno vlogo pri negi las.

Olje grozdnih pečk stimulativno deluje na lasne mešičke ter ima emolientno delovanje. Ker se zelo hitro vpije ga je smiselno uporabljati z eteričnimi olji, če želimo da se čimprej absorbirajo.

ROSEMARY AND CHAMMOMILE ESSENTIAL OILS FOR HAIR GROWTH

ETERIČNA OLJA ROŽMARINA IN KAMILICE ZA RAST LAS

Eterična olja imajo pomembno vlogo v naravni kozmetiki tudi pri negovanju las in lasišča. Eterično olje poprove mete ima ugoden učinek na rast las. V laboratorijski raziskavi so po štirih tednih uporabe 3-odstotnega eteričnega olja v jojobinem vosku ugotovili značilno povečanje debeline las, števila las in globine lasnih mešičkov.

Včasih pripravki za lase, ki jih uporabljamo niso dovolj, ampak je potrebno telesu dodati določena prehranska dopolnila, kot so Cink, biotin in Selen. Cink ohranja zdrave lase, nohte in kožo, podpira sintezo proteinov, rast kolagena in rast celic. Je tudi zelo pomemben antioksidant.
